Prahii Studio provides product engineering services including design, development, and deployment of web applications, mobile applications, and AI-powered products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements between Prahii and the client.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, and graphics — is the property of Prahii Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, clients own the final deliverables upon full payment.

Project engagements

• All project work is governed by a separate signed agreement
• Payment terms, milestones, and scope are defined per project
• Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the project agreement

Limitation of liability

Prahii Studio provides this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any client project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
